Tigers Win First Basketball Title By Overwhelming Opponent

The Tigers, who, after blitzing their way to the "championship game," showed they also possessed a rock-solid chin and a cool hand in stopping the Cavaliers, 26-18, to win their first basketball title.
This was a grinding effort in which the Tigers relied on their defense to take control before making enough plays down the stretch. The Tigers were led by James with 12 points. Asher added 6 points and Jude and Elijah chipped in with 4 points respectively.
"It was that March Madness feeling," said Coach James. I think this is something that they will remember for a long time."
The Tigers ended their season undefeated (7-0).
